Jeff Jurow has been managing and investing in real estate since 1998, with a career spanning the oversight of more than 4,000 units in San Francisco and San Mateo County, valued at over $500 million. Before founding Structure Properties, Jeff served as Operations Manager for a major San Francisco investment group, specializing in Class A property management. With a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, Jeff brings both financial acumen and a deep understanding of the Bay Area market. His leadership blends decades of experience with a hands-on approach, ensuring every client benefits from the same care and diligence he applies to his own investments.
